Subscribers simply need to read and accept the TSB once, in order to have access to the Services provided by BETONET upon submitting the relevant subscription fee. In the event of their wishing to commence or continue using these services (Services), all subscribers agree to comply with the TSB. You are obliged to read the terms related to the rendering of Services. If you continue using the Services, it automatically means that you have accepted unconditionally all of the following terms.
TERMS RELATED TO THE RENDERING OF SERVICES

The following terms apply to all Services provided by BETONET. BETONET reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally and without prior notice, by simply informing its subscribers. When using specific BETONET Services, it is advisable to follow the relevant rules and instructions. In most cases, these have been specified and elaborated upon, in order to facilitate the processing of a certain part of BETONET's Services, where the specific terms will be applied. Moreover, BETONET may from time to time provide Services which will be ruled by different terms, related to the rendering of such Services. In such cases, these terms will be published in the relevant Service to which they apply.
The content of BETONET is of a consulting, informative and advertising nature, involving the supply of information, advice and news addressed to its subscribers, so that they may be informed on issues related to their possible participation in bets of fixed or mutual odds, which are organized lawfully, as well as in games or any other kind or event which is given to lawful betting, at the subscribers' own responsibility and financial risk.
BETONET does not provide Services related to the placing of bets and no participation in any kind of betting is allowed to take place within or through this website, by any visitor, according to the prevailing Laws of Greece as well as the existing provisions regarding the placing of bets of fixed or mutual odds.
2)SUBSCRIBERS' PERSONAL DETAILS AND PROHIBITION OF MINORS BECOMING SUBSCRIBERS
In order to subscribe to BETONET's Services, you must:
a) supply full and accurate personal details as required by the subscription form, and
b) inform BETONET immediately of any changes in the said personal details.
In the event of supply of inaccurate, non current or inadequate information, or in the event that BETONET has any plausible reason to suspect that any part of the information supplied was inaccurate, non current or inadequate, BETONET reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant subscription and refuse future access to BETONET's Services or part thereof.
We at BETONET are interested in securing and protecting the privacy of all our subscribers and commit ourselves to the non-disclosure of personal data, or the supply of such data to a third party. In addition, we wish to stress that the use of our Services is strictly prohibited to persons under 18. Our Services are expressly addressed to adults. Parents and guardians are responsible for protecting their children and prohibiting the use of services related to betting.
3)PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
BETONET protects the privacy of subscribers' personal data, as well as any information related to personal data, with any use of such data being strictly confined to the facilitation of service to subscribers.
4) MEMBERS' ACCOUNTS, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
The procedure of subscribing to BETONET's Services involves the selection of a password, as well as a user name for an account. The subscriber has full responsibility for keeping such password and user name private, at the same time being responsible for any activity taking place vis-a-vis the use of the password and/or user name. The subscriber undertakes to inform BETONET immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her account, password or user name, as well as for any security violation, and to ensure to log out at the end of each session. Under no circumstances will BETONET accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage that may be caused in the event of a subscriber's non-compliance with this term.
5) SUBSCRIBERS' OBLIGATIONS
In the event of a prospective subscriber's deciding to submit a subscription application, it automatically means that the prospective subscriber has accepted that all the information, data, texts, messages and comments which appear in the Forum, as well as any other material, either published for common use, or sent privately, is the exclusive responsibility of the person who wrote the particular item. This means that the subscriber and not BETONET is responsible for the content of any text posted in the Forum, sent by e-mail or communicated by any other means. You agree unconditionally to refrain from posting in the Forum:
Any messages and comments, the content of which may be considered illegal, menacing, insulting, slanderous, defamatory, indecent, libellous, violating the rights of others, shows hatred and/or expresses racial or any other unlawful discrimination, any kind of forgery or misrepresentation, including false declaration or distortion of a relation with a natural or legal entity, forgery of headings or any other falsification committed to the identification data aiming at the concealment of the origin of any content being transmitted through our Services, the sending, publication, transmission by messages in the Forum of whatever content, which a subscriber has no right to transmit according to the law or contractual or administrative relations (such as information a subscriber acquired due to work relations or due to relations by order and authorization or information, which fall into a confidentiality agreement), the sending, publication and transmission by messages and comments in the Forum of whatever content which violates any kind of patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other ownership rights (Rights) of third parties, regardless of how they came to a subscriber's knowledge and/or possession, the sending, publication and transmission by messages and comments in the Forum of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material or any other kind of invitation, apart from websites (such as commercial websites), which were designed for this purpose. BETONET will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such messages and comments, which may inadvertently appear in the Forum
You accept that BETONET, through its authorized personnel and associates, shall have the right (but not the obligation) to reject or remove, according to their judgement, any element of the content which is available through the Services provided, with particular regard to the Forum. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, BETONET and its appointees shall have the right to remove any element of the content which violates the TSB, the Law and National Security or which is in any other way disputable. You agree that you have to be wise in your judgements and take all the risks when using any element of the Forum's content, including your dependence on the accuracy, fullness or usefulness of such content. Furthermore, you agree that you cannot rely on the Forum's content, which is unofficial and of strictly informative nature.
BETONET has the right to terminate a subscriber's access to some or all parts of the Services, in the event of the subscriber's deciding at any time to revoke his/her compliance with the above paragraph.
6) SUBSCRIBERS' PARTICIPATION IN BETTING BETONET shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, nor will accept any responsibility regarding the decisions of any subscriber, related to any kind of participation in betting list or lists of any type, as well as to the potential financial risk any subscriber of the website has undertaken or is likely to undertake following participation in such bets, relying on the advice, information, news, predictions and results that are in any way provided by, or featured in, betonet.com.
The information, advice, news and predictions that are in any way provided and/or featured in betonet.com in respect of games and other events, which by their nature are given to betting, should in no way be considered by the subscribers as professional advice or proposals in respect of their participation in a betting list or in bet lists, nor as prompting to participate in any form of betting.
BETONET, its staff and associates, will bear or accept no responsibility whatsoever for any financial or other damage any subscriber is likely to suffer due to the inaccuracy or deficiency of any information, advice or prediction published in betonet.com and/or any other website to which the subscriber has, or is likely to have, access through betonet.com (i.e. link).
7) MODIFICATION OF SERVICES BETONET reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate temporarily or permanently its Services (or part thereof) at any time, without prior notice. You accept that BETONET shall have no responsibility whatsoever towards you, or any third party, in respect of modification, suspension or termination of the Services provided.
8) TERMINATION
BETONET reserves the right to terminate a password, a subscription or the use of its Services or any part thereof, as well as to remove or suspend temporarily or permanently any element of the Services for any reason, including the temporary or permanent suspension of the provision of its Services or part thereof in the event that BETONET has plausible reason to believe that a subscriber has violated the letter or the spirit of the TSB.
You accept that access to betonet.com may be suspended or terminated, as prescribed by any of the TSB provisions, without previous notice, since you have been informed and have agreed that BETONET has the right to immediately and unilaterally deactivate a subscription, temporarily or permanently, and prohibit any future access to the files and/or its Services. In addition, you accept that BETONET will accept no responsibility whatsoever towards you or any third party in respect of the suspension or termination of access to its Services.
9) FORCE MAJEURE
BETONET is committed to the satisfaction of its subscribers and will endeavour to always provide services of a high standard and with due diligence. However, BETONET shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, insurrections and/or any other Force Majeure as defined by Science and the Greek Law.
10) TRANSACTIONS WITH ADVERTISERS / TRADESMEN
A subscriber's communication or business transactions with, or participation in the offers of, tradesmen advertised in betonet.com, as well as any other contracts, guarantees or commitments which relate to such transactions, will be a matter strictly between the subscriber and the relevant advertiser or tradesman. You accept that BETONET shall in no case be considered or held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such transactions, or as a consequence of the appearance of any advertiser or tradesman in its Services.
11) TRADEMARKS
The name BETONET, the BETONET logo, betonet.com, the Cat named Stalin, the Dog named Percy, as well as other logos, names and marks of BETONET products and Services, are BETONET trademarks. You or any third party agree not to promote or use the BETONET trademarks in any way whatsoever, without the prior written consent of BETONET.
12) USE
BETONET's Services are provided strictly for personal use by the subscribers. Any kind of copying and/or transmission of information provided by BETONET, as contained in the News, the Cat, the Dog, the Form Tables, the League Tables, the Scores, whether Latest or Final, by any means, whether mechanical or electronic, through Internet, wireless, telephone or otherwise, whether as a whole or in parts, is strictly prohibited unless Betonet has agreed to the contrary in writing at a date later than August 22nd 2002. All agreements, permissions and waivers prior to this date are hereby revoked.
13) FORUM
Subscription to BETONET's Services does nor automatically afford the subscriber the right to participate in the Forum by way of posting messages. A subscriber's active participation in the Forum is at the absolute discretion of BETONET. BETONET reserves the right to refuse or suspend a subscriber's active participation in the Forum without being obliged to give a reason. BETONET also reserves the right to erase/remove at its absolute discretion any message in the forum, including the suspected subliminal or otherwise advertisement of any trader.
14) INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS AND THEIR BENEFICIARIES
BETONET respects other parties' intellectual property and demands that its subscribers do likewise. In the event of a claim that any intellectual right has been violated by our Services, the claimant must send by e-mail the following information to BETONET:
* an electronic or real signature of the lawful beneficiary or the proxy of the intellectual right
* a full description of the project protected by copyright, which the claimant claims that it has been violated
* a description of the exact page of betonet.com, where the material claimed to be in violation of a copyright can be found
* the claimant's address, telephone number and e-mail, as well as the subscriber's written declaration that the use to be disputed has not been authorized by the beneficiary or the owner of the intellectual right, or that it has not been dictated by the law
* a solemn declaration, according to the law being in force at the time, that the information is accurate and that the claimant is the beneficiary of the intellectual property or its lawful proxy.
15) INFORMATION
The TSB (the rules and provisions herewith included) constitute the basis of the agreement between you and BETONET, whilst they govern the use of BETONET's Services, prevailing over any previous agreement which may have been concluded between you and BETONET. In addition, you must comply with additional terms and conditions when using linked services, content or software belonging to third parties. Greek Law governs the TSB and the subscriber's agreement with BETONET.
You and BETONET agree to fall into the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek Courts and, more specifically, the Courts of Athens. Failure on the part of BETONET in the exercise or enforcement of the TSB terms or provisions does not constitute a waiver of the respective Right, term or provision. In the event of a TSB provision finally being judicially declared null and void, the contracting parties agree that the Court shall try to enforce their intents as demonstrated by the particular provision and that all other provisions of the TSB will continue to be fully effective.
The various titles of the TBS units aim at facilitating the prospective subscriber, having no legal or contractual force.
16) DISCLAIMER
BETONET is supplied with information and/or data by sources which are considered reliable; however BETONET and its suppliers do not warrant that the information and/or data supplied will be accurate, or uninterrupted. Any such information and/or data is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
It is expressly agreed that neither BETONET nor any of its suppliers can be held responsible for any damage borne by a subscriber due to inaccurate information. BETONET's services are provided without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
It is expressly agreed that neither BETONET nor any of its content providers or their representatives can be held responsible, or be liable, for any damages caused by information which is inaccurate, of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for a particular purpose, incompatible etc., the list not being conclusive.
The subscriber agrees to reimburse betonet.com and/or its associates for any damages caused by
1. the breach by the subscriber of this agreement
2. the supply by the subscriber to betonet.com of any item which will be proven to be damaging in any way.
17) WAIVERS
Failure on the part of BETONET to exercise its Legal Rights does not constitute a waiver of such Rights. The terms of this agreement are governed by the Laws of Greece, with the Greek Courts, specifically the Courts of Athens, being the appropriate Courts. However, BETONET reserves the right, but in now way undertakes, to waive this term and accept adjudication of a claim by the Courts of the country of a particular claimant.
18)VIOLATIONS
Please refer to BETONET by e-mail any violation of the TSB.
